Job Description
- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (DCH or equivalent) or final-year medical student with pending completion.
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.
- Strong foundational knowledge of pediatric medicine, including neonatal care, growth monitoring, and common childhood illnesses.
- Proficiency in communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children and their families.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment with attention to detail and adherence to protocols.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and on-call duties as required.
