About the Role

Dynamic Sales Associate to drive sales of our Vacutainer range across hospitals, diagnostic labs, nursing homes and distributors in Bihar & Jharkhand. The role involves field sales, relationship building with lab owners/pathologists and achieving monthly targets.

*Key Responsibilities*

• *Sales & Target Achievement*
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for Vacutainer products
• Develop new accounts and maintain existing customers across labs, hospitals, and distributors
• *Market Development*
• Visit path labs, hospitals, nursing homes, blood banks to promote Vacutainer range
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate staff on proper blood collection techniques
• *Relationship Management*
• Build strong relationships with pathologists, lab technicians, purchase managers
• Handle customer queries, complaints and ensure timely resolution
• *Distribution Management*
• Work with existing distributors and appoint new distributors in uncovered territories
• Monitor stock, secondary sales, and prevent stock-outs
• *Reporting & Admin*
• Daily field reporting on SFDC
• Competitor tracking, market feedback and new product opportunities
• Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch and billing
