As a Senior Digital Activation Specialist, youll serve as a trusted technical expert and thought leader, driving the execution of complex multi-channel marketing campaigns across enterprise platforms. Youll establish governance standards, champion process improvements, and mentor the next generation of digital marketers — all while making a measurable impact on how Hyland connects with its audience.

Your Role Responsibilities? Heres What Youll Do.

• Lead execution of complex multi-channel digital marketing initiatives across enterprise platforms, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and adherence to activation standards and compliance protocols.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, platform troubleshooting, and integration-related concerns, translating platform capabilities into actionable solutions.
• Validate campaign tracking, attribution models, and measurement accuracy while partnering with Analytics and Marketing Operations to ensure data governance and reporting integrity.
• Identify, document, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities that drive consistency, quality, and scalability across digital activation workflows.
• Create and continuously improve platform documentation, operational playbooks, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
• Mentor, coach, and train team members while serving as an innovative thought leader, contributing to departmental growth through knowledge sharing and best-practice guidance.

Role Essentials

These are the skills and experience we need you to bring.

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing activation, marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related field
• Advanced expertise across enterprise marketing platforms including Marketo, ON24, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and understand integrations, APIs, and platform dependencies
• Strong analytical and data literacy skills with experience validating campaign tracking, attribution models, and reporting
• Proven leadership through influence, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to identify operational improvements and drive scalable, repeatable solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex initiatives and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on emerging marketing technologies and platform enhancements
