Roles & responsibilities
•Deliver Assets Management and Inventory Accounting services:
•Experience in Fund accounting
•Supervise the recording & booking activities performed by the team.
•Collaborate on the regular analysis of the financial statements
•Provide comments/analysis on the financial statements or specific topics as requested
•Review and propose on the accounting treatment of complex events
•Check important tax topics
•Check consistency of statutory accounting
•Work closely with key stakeholders when required
•Collaborate on ensuring compliance of processes, transactions and reports with client accounting policies, internal control guidelines and audit requirements
•Collaborate on key projects with a high level of contribution
•Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities and potential automation.
Mandatory technical & functional skills
•Strong understanding of the end-to-end A2R processes.
•Expertise in GL accounting, closing and reporting processes
• Must have experience in working with key stakeholders across functions.
•International background with exposure to multicultural environments.
•Technical expertise in finance, sound analytical skills and strong in making proposals.
•Focused on business-value, with a flexible and versatile approach that takes into account and adjusts to develop recommendations that reflect shifting business priorities.
•Transversal mindset and ability to work across processes, geographies, languages and cultures.
•High level of Interpersonal/ communication skills with the ability to communicate and present at different levels of the organization.
•Fluency in English.

Qualifications
This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
•Minimum qualification should be CA/ACCA/CPA or commerce post graduate
Work experience
•10+ years of work experience as per the above roles and responsibilities is recommended
