Job Description – Quantity Surveyor (QS – Billing)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS – Billing) to manage project billing, BOQ preparation, quantity measurements, rate analysis and contract administration. The candidate should have strong experience in construction projects, cost control and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage BOQs and project billing.
  

• Conduct site measurements and verify work quantities.
  

• Perform rate analysis, cost estimation and budget monitoring.
  

• Handle contract administration, claims and variation management.
  

• Review contractor bills and ensure accurate billing documentation.
  

• Coordinate with project managers and site teams.
  

• Monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns.
  

• Prepare cost reports and financial forecasts.
  

• Guide junior QS and billing team members.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
  

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Billing within the construction industry.
  

• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity measurement, rate analysis and contract administration.
  

• Experience handling large-scale construction projects.
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and Primavera.
  

• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
