Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and company policies
  
• Handle direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.)
  
• Manage audits (internal, statutory, and tax audits)
  
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  
• Monitor cash flow and working capital
  
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency
  
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
  
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
  
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
  
• Should Have Import and Export Knowledge

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  
• Expertise in taxation and compliance
  
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar)
  
• Advanced Excel skills
  
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Female

Experience:

• 0–5 years (Freshers) or 2–5 years (for experienced roles)
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in industry-specific accounting (Manufacturing, FMCG, etc.)
  
• Knowledge of financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
  
• Ability to work under deadlines
