About the Role

Saburi Ply is looking for an energetic, organized, and execution-focused BTL Marketing Executive to support and execute the companys Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities across dealer networks, retail outlets, projects, events, exhibitions, and other on-ground marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field coordination, vendor management, event execution, branding activities, promotional campaigns, and working closely with the sales team to ensure effective market visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute BTL marketing activities across dealer, distributor, retailer, and project locations.
  
• Coordinate dealer/retailer branding, signage, display materials, shop branding, and promotional installations.
  
• Manage on-ground execution of events, exhibitions, dealer meets, product launches, promotional campaigns, and activations.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, printers, event agencies, and other external partners.
  
• Obtain quotations, coordinate artwork/production, monitor timelines, and ensure timely execution.
  
• Conduct market visits to check branding visibility, promotional displays, and execution quality.
  
• Work closely with the Sales Team to identify and execute local marketing requirements.
  
• Maintain records of BTL activities, expenses, vendor details, photographs, and campaign reports.
  
• Prepare regular MIS and activity reports for management.
  
• Ensure that all branding and promotional activities follow Saburi Plys brand guidelines.
  
• Support the marketing team in ATL, digital, trade marketing, and other promotional activities whenever required.
  
• Track the effectiveness and completion of various BTL initiatives and maintain proper documentation.
  

Requirements

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

• 1–3 years of experience in BTL Marketing, Trade Marketing, Event Marketing, Activation, or related roles.
  
• Preferably from Plywood, Building Materials, Interior, Paints, Sanitaryware, Electrical, FMCG, Consumer Durables, or related industries.
  
• Strong in execution and coordination rather than purely theoretical marketing.
  
• Comfortable with field visits and on-ground marketing activities.
  
• Good at coordinating with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  
• Organized and capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting/MIS.
  
• Willing to travel locally within Kolkata and occasionally outside Kolkata as required.
  
• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period will be preferred.
