Technician Production Reagent

1.    Production responsibilities 
•    Execution of production activities with expected quality and efficiency.
•    Operating, cleaning, and maintaining machines used in the production processes.
•    Performing line clearance, machine set-up, and change-over activities as required.
•    Handling of material on production shopfloor as per SOPs.
•    Timely & accurately maintaining applicable production records and checklists.
•    Ensure adherence to set SOPs and WIs. 
2.    Other responsibilities  
•    Perform & maintain a high standard of housekeeping (5S) in the production area.
•    Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the production area as per the set standards.
•    Adhere to personal health guidelines. 
•    Comply with safety and environmental guidelines.
•    Ensure compliance to regulatory & statutory requirements.
•    First level troubleshooting of production equipment. 
•    Initiate & support continuous improvement activities.
