Assistant Manager

Role Purpose

The incumbent to this role is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. The Sales and Marketing Manager will also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Marketing of Poles for ABCB plant.
• Generating business from our existing as well as new customers.
• BOM preparation & Price calculations as per client’s details & specifications. Source approvals of Poles in PWD of different states.
• Payment collection & proper supply of materials as per client’s requirement.
• Maintaining good relationship with all clients & working on feedback of customers.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

• Graduate with 5-9 years’ experience in sales & marketing or
• MBA with 3-5 years’ experience in sales & marketing
