We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Tanishq. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets

- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock

- Implement strategies to increase store profitability

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff

- Maintain store cleanliness and organization

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a retail management role

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of jewelry or luxury retail industry is a plus
