SDET Trainer

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled SDET Trainer to deliver high-impact corporate training in automation testing. This role blends technical depth with teaching excellence—like a developer who can also light the path for others. You will be responsible for enabling learners to build robust automation frameworks and apply testing concepts in real-world scenarios.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate brings strong programming expertise, hands-on experience in automation framework design, and the ability to drive outcome-oriented learning. You will work closely with learners to bridge the gap between theory and production-level testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end training on SDET concepts and automation testing methodologies
• Train learners on Java or Python with Playwright and/or Selenium
• Guide participants in building automation frameworks using POM and hybrid models
• Cover UI automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration practices
• Conduct hands-on coding sessions, real-time problem-solving, and project-based learning
• Support learners in debugging scripts and resolving practical challenges
• Align training delivery with client expectations and measurable outcomes
  
  

• Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium WebDriver
• Expertise in automation framework design (POM / Hybrid frameworks)
  
  

• Solid understanding of API Testing
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration
• Knowledge of SDLC & STLC
• Test planning, execution, and reporting
  
  

• Willingness to travel across India for corporate training engagements
• Comfortable in fast-paced, outcome-driven learning environments
• Strong problem-solving mindset with hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Passion for continuous learning and upskilling in emerging tools and frameworks
