Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will engage in problem-solving activities, utilizing new technologies to address complex business challenges while maintaining an agile mindset. Your role will also include continuous learning and adapting to emerging trends in technology to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and progress. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Strong understanding of full stack development principles and practices. - Experience with cloud technologies and agile methodologies. - Proficient in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python. - Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
