Role Overview
We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented demand generation specialist to help fuel the next phase of RADIUS's growth. In this role, you'll execute inbound and outbound demand campaigns that generate qualified leads, build a pipeline, and accelerate revenue. You''ll work closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to run multi-channel campaigns, nurture prospects, and turn interest into opportunity. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who's curious about B2B SaaS growth, eager to learn, and excited to own measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Demand Generation
● Execute inbound campaigns across email, content, webinars, and landing pages to drive qualified leads
● Support the creation and optimization of lead magnets, gated content, and conversion-focused landing pages
● Manage lead nurture workflows and email sequences to engage prospects across the funnel
● Collaborate with content and SEO teams to align campaigns with organic traffic and search intent
Outbound Campaigns
● Plan and execute outbound email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach targeting key personas and accounts
● Build and manage prospect lists, audience segments, and target account lists with sales
● Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives with personalized content and outreach
● Coordinate with the sales team on follow-up cadences and lead handoff Campaign Execution & Operations
● Support in set up, launch, and monitor campaigns across email, paid, social, and content channels
● Manage campaign assets, UTM tracking, and lead capture forms
● Maintain hygiene of the marketing database, segmentation, deduplication, and list management
● Support webinars, events, and virtual roundtables end-to-end
Analytics & Reporting
● Track campaign performance metrics: MQLs, SQLs, CPL, conversion rates, engagement
● Build simple dashboards and share weekly performance updates with marketing leadership
● Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, and landing pages to improve performance
● Use data to identify what's working and recommend optimizations
Requirements
● 0–2 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, email marketing, or B2B marketing
● Hands-on experience executing email campaigns, lead nurture flows, or outbound outreach
● Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, or similar
● Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apolo, or comparable prospecting tools
● Comfort with Google Analytics, basic reporting, and tracking campaign performance
● Strong writing skills for emails, landing page copy, and outreach messaging
● Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines
● Curious, self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and experiment
● Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience marketing B2B SaaS or enterprise technology products
● Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) programs or tools
● Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot CRM
● Working knowledge of paid campaigns on Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads
● Experience supporting webinars, events, or virtual experiences
