We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Area Head for Individual Loans. This role will be responsible for managing and growing our individual loan portfolio in the rural areas of Hyderabad, Telangana.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve individual loan targets in the assigned area
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, channel partners, and local authorities
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Train and mentor a team of loan officers to ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to bank policies and procedures
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and launch new loan products tailored to the needs of the rural market
• Prepare and present reports on loan portfolio performance to senior management
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on individual loans
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of the rural market and its dynamics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Sound knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
