Our engineers deliver resilient, secure, and performance-optimized AIX systems—supporting core applications that drive business continuity and digital transformation for Fortune 500 clients and strategic public-sector partners. Role & Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IBM AIX systems across physical and virtual environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Perform OS patching, security hardening, and compliance audits aligned with corporate and regulatory standards (SOX, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Troubleshoot AIX system failures, performance bottlenecks, and storage/network integration issues with cross-functional teams.
• Automate routine administration tasks using shell scripting (ksh, bash) and orchestration tools like Ansible or Chef.
• Manage LPARs, VIO servers, HMC, and AIX system resources (CPU, memory, storage) for efficient capacity planning.
• Collaborate with storage, network, and application teams to deploy and support enterprise-grade AIX-based solutions.
