The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management methodologies, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams towards successful project delivery. • Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of complex technical projects, from project initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Build and manage cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities, and providing guidance to team members.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive effective communication and collaboration across different teams, departments, and external vendors.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices, and optimizing project management processes.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members, fostering their professional growth
  
  

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of project management experience in corporate set up
• Proven track record in leading/managing IT teams with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Worked on Tools like Java, JSP, Servlets, spring,Struts 1.2, Struts2, Hibernate,
