List Of Job Description.

• Daily toolbox meeting, review of issues raised during the meeting.
• Safety observation (Unsafe act, Unsafe condition, and behavioral issues) related to SOP activities.
• Severity audit (Weekly once) with closer report.
• PPE check and record the non-compliances.
• PPE audit (Monthly once)
• Tools and Tackles check before use.
• Tools and Tackles audit (Monthly once)
• Housekeeping (Slip, trip and fall) at work site
• Housekeeping Audit (Monthly once)
• Reporting and capture of near miss and incident / accident.
• Safety Training as per the annual training schedule.
• Conduct Monthly line walk with our client (CO) and Site In charge– (Once in a month)
• Conduct Monthly Mass meeting (MOM and closer report.)
• Maintain updated SOP, JHA and HIRA
• Maintain filing system as per annexure 9 and 8 (Tata Steel standard)
• Run monthly safety campaigns on focused safety topics
• Coordinate with reporting head in daily basis.
• Conduct Annexure 9 audit quarterly for allocated area.
