Key Responsibilities

Content Marketing

• Write well-researched blog articles (1,000–2,500 words) focused on fintech, digital banking, payments, financial inclusion, and emerging technologies.
• Develop SEO-optimized content to improve organic website traffic and search rankings.
• Create thought leadership articles based on industry trends and market research.
• Conduct competitor and keyword research to identify content opportunities.
  
  

Website & Digital Content

• Write and update website copy, landing pages, solution pages, and product descriptions.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and delivers a consistent customer experience.
• Optimize existing website content for SEO and user engagement.
  
  

Thought Leadership & Knowledge Assets

• Develop whitepapers, eBooks, industry reports, and research-based documents.
• Write customer case studies and success stories.
• Convert technical concepts into business-friendly content for different audiences.
  
  

Marketing & Sales Collateral

• Create brochures, solution one-pagers, product datasheets, presentations, and sales enablement content.
• Support campaign messaging across digital, email, social media, and events.
  
  

Video & Multimedia Content

• Write scripts for product explainers, customer testimonials, corporate films, webinars, and social media videos.
  
  

Corporate Communications

• Draft press releases, executive profiles, award submissions, event content, speeches, and internal communication materials.
• Support PR and brand communication initiatives.
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging content.
• Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Experience writing for digital channels and B2B audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and content-editing and proof-reading skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, SaaS, enterprise technology, or BFSI is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs is an advantage.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress is preferred.
