Marketing Ops Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, proactive and organised Marketing Ops Intern to support the marketing team in day-to-day B2B marketing activities, including account research, contact enrichment, market research, campaign support and event coordination. The role requires someone who is comfortable working with data and research, but is also willing to take ownership of practical, on-ground tasks when required.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and identify relevant target accounts for ABM and B2B marketing initiatives.

* Research key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.

* Enrich and maintain account and contact databases using LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant tools.

* Conduct market, competitor, industry and prospect research as required.

* Support the marketing team with campaign preparation, trackers, and other day-to-day activities.

* Assist with planning and execution of conferences, exhibitions and industry events, including delegate management and coordination with organisers and vendors.

* Handle on-ground event requirements, esp. last-minute requirements.

* Maintain marketing databases, trackers and reports.

* Take up ad-hoc research and operational tasks and ensure timely completion.

* Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.

* A good communicator with confidence to interact with people.

* Willing to get hands-on and solve problems rather than wait for instructions.

* Comfortable handling both desk-based research and on-ground event responsibilities.

* Interested in B2B marketing, technology, fintech or SaaS.

Qualification

* B.Tech, MBA/PGDM.

* Hotel Management students may also apply.

* Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM or lead-generation tools will be an advantage
