Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
  
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
  
• Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
  
• Manage candidate documentation and profile submissions.
  
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
  
• Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely closures.
