As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, ensuring the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and continuous engagement with evolving project needs to support organizational goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software components.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software solutions to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing data models within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
- Ability to optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to support business intelligence needs.
- Familiarity with integrating SAP BW/4HANA solutions with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex data modeling and development challenges.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and best practices for SAP BW/4HANA data warehousing.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
