Job Summary

We are looking for a Safety Supervisor with at least 1 year of experience in industrial safety, preferably within a steel plant, iron & steel, metals & mining, or heavy manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining workplace safety standards and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily workplace safety and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
  
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
  
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety guidelines.
  
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for workers.
  
• Monitor permit-to-work, work-at-height, hot work, and confined-space activities.
  
• Report and investigate safety incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices.
  
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and documentation.
  
• Coordinate with site teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable statutory requirements.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial/site safety.
  
• Experience in Steel Plant / Iron & Steel / Metals & Mining / Heavy Industry preferred.
  
• Knowledge of PPE, workplace safety, hazard identification, and safety procedures.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Willingness to work in an industrial/plant environment.
