Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Good Vision Technicians in conducting eye care camps in various districts
  
• Ensure the quality of eye testing and patient care at the camps
  
• Provide regular refresher training for the Good Vision Technicians to maintain high productivity
  
• Conduct regular visits to camps as a consultant and perform mystery audits
  
• Achieve sales targets assigned to the teams
  
• Participate in outreaches, conduct eye tests, and prescribe glasses
  
• Work at the Vision Centre and conduct eye tests, going beyond the conventional role of eye testing and prescribing glasses and contact lenses
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Total work: 1 year (Preferred)
  

Work Location: In person

• Proven experience as an Optometrist or similar role
  
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
  
• Strong understanding of eye care practices and procedures
  
• Ability to achieve sales targets and ensure quality standards
  
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
