About The Role

LegalEdge by Toprankers is seeking a dynamic and responsible Team Lead for the 3 Year LLB segment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the segment operations, driving admissions targets, mentoring the counseling team, and ensuring overall performance and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the 3 Year LLB segment team
• Drive admissions, conversions, and revenue targets
• Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, and lead management
• Train, mentor, and guide academic counselors for better performance
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution
• Track performance metrics and share regular reports with management
• Ensure high-quality student interaction and counseling standards
  
  

• Prior experience in team handling (preferably in EdTech / admissions / sales)
• Strong understanding of counseling and conversion process
• Leadership and team management skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach
• Strong communication and coordination skills
