Job Title: Senior Software Developer

Location: Bhopal / Remote / Hybrid

Department: IT / Engineering

Experience: 5–10 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions. The candidate will play a key role in technical decision-making, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high-quality code standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop complex, scalable, and high-performance applications
Lead end-to-end development lifecycle (requirement → deployment)
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Review code and ensure best practices are followed
Mentor and guide junior developers
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams
Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and bugs
Architect system design and recommend technical solutions
Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of applications
Stay updated with latest technologies and implement innovations

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Java / Python / JavaScript (Node.js)
Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Django, React, Angular
Deep understanding of system design and architecture
Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Experience with REST APIs & Microservices architecture
Proficiency in Git and version control systems
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Proven experience in software development and team handling

Preferred Skills

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Exposure to performance optimization and security practices
