Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong agency experience and hands-on expertise in mobile app marketing. The ideal candidate should be analytical, data-driven, and capable of scaling customer acquisition across Meta and Google while maintaining profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

– Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta and Google Ads for both the e-commerce website and mobile app.

– Manage audience targeting, remarketing, lookalike audiences, and campaign scaling.

– Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.

– Collaborate with Product, Creative, Sales, and Tech teams to improve conversion funnels and user journeys.

Required Qualifications

– B.Tech/B.E. degree (Engineering background is mandatory).

– 2–3 years of Performance Marketing experience in a digital marketing agency.

– Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing app marketing campaigns.

– Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

– Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.

– Experience working with attribution and analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4).

Good to have

– Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, or AgriTech.

– Experience handling large advertising budgets and scaling profitable campaigns.

– Familiarity with Looker Studio, SQL, or BigQuery is a plus.

– Knowledge of tools like AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, CleverTap, Firebase Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
