Kitchen Porter

Physical Role as required to put deliveries away when they arrive, checking off with the invoices to ensure everything is correct. Complying with hygiene regulations.

Washing down equipment in the kitchen in line with H&S requirements.

Washing floors daily and as and when required.

Washing heavy equipment used by production staff.

Up to date Food Hygiene certificate required.

Experience Of NHS Preferred.

Experience in same or similar role preferred.

Small amount of food preparation part of role.

Small amount of cooking as part of role.

Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy at all times in line with H&S requirements.

Able to use floor washing machines on a regular basis.
