Job Description

Avyaan Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in AI/ML and Data Annotation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring clients, and managing end-to-end sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in AI/ML, Data Annotation, and IT services
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimations
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Conduct client meetings, calls, and demos
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  
  

• 3–7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
• Experience in IT, AI/ML, BPO, or Data Annotation domain preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience handling international clients is a plus
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
