Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
• Handle and process passenger baggage
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any passenger inquiries or issues
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
• Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure timely and efficient flight operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of airport facilities
• Adhere to all airport and company safety regulations and procedures
• Handle cash and process payments for excess baggage or other services
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by the airport management team Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
