To drive sales growth, ensure seamless operations, and manage the business relationship with DMart Ready (DMart Online and offline) by maintaining product availability, executing promotional activities, and achieving sales targets.

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and record-keeping of raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and finished goods. Ensure accurate inventory records and smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials against delivery challans/Invoice
• Maintain proper stock records and inventory registers.
• Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices and proper material storage.
• Prepare daily stock, inward, and outward reports.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
• Report stock shortages, damages, and discrepancies to management.
  
  

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in store or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP/Tally preferred).
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
