Job Description
- Responsible for overall electrical maintenance related activities for the shift - Electrical maintenance of Siemens PLCs, FANUC robots, CNC machines, conveyors, VFDs, heaters, and utility equipment
- Execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance as per the plan; troubleshooting of electrical and automation systems; root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
- Maintenance of electrical panels, sensors, HMIs, and control systems;
- Ensuring equipment availability, reliability, safety, and production uptime.
- Experience an Electrical operation, Installation, Testing & Maintenance with all major equipments of electrical power system
- Working experience in Field Instrument and PID control system Commissioning, calibration and troubleshooting
- Hands on experience preferably in using Siemens PLC programming, DCS, HMI, Drives
- Root cause analysis, specializing in high-level problem solving, process efficiency and day-to-day maintenance in CNC machine
- Overall checking and inspection of switch yards, switch rooms, control room, control panels, battery chargers, transformer and other equipments
- Spare part management and utility equipments handling experience
- Knowledge of safety protocols like LOTO, electrical safety, work at height, ISO & OHSAS
- Compliance with Saint Gobain standards, EHS & WCM process & standards
