Job Description
- P to P – Services and Contracts, Capex,.
- Major Services and Contracts – Jhagadia.
- CAPEX – Jhagadia Operations
- Applying for Advance Payment and following up for advance closure
- Coordination with Technical Team in finalizing the Guaranteed Technical parameters.
- Close coordination with Finance team for payment
- Close coordination with Technical team
- Conducting E-Auctions.
- Vendor development & registration
- Vendor evaluation
- Drafting and analysing Contracts.
- Monthly CAPEX Report
- Finalize forwarders for imports, coordination for pick up, delivery up to SG sites, payment to suppliers and PO
- Responsible Purchasing/Others
- CSR Audits
- IMS documentation and Audits
- Purchase process improvements- Consolidation etc.
