Branch Manager

About the Role:

Were looking for a results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a team in the broking and investment services space — overseeing everything from client acquisition to regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new client acquisition and trading account activation; promote equities, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, and bonds
  
• Develop local market strategies to grow branch revenue and profitability; own monthly/annual targets
  
• Lead, mentor, and set performance targets for branch staff; conduct reviews and training
  
• Build and manage relationships with retail and HNI clients; handle escalations and drive cross-selling
  
• Ensure smooth branch operations and compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE regulations, including KYC/AML and audit readiness
  
• Monitor trading activity, client exposure, and margin adherence to prevent unauthorized trading.
  
• Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with HO compliance, risk, and operations teams
