Job Description
- Oversee the verification and validation of professional licenses, certifications, and educational backgrounds to ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards.
- Develop and execute strategic workforce planning initiatives to maintain optimal staffing levels while prioritizing patient safety and operational efficiency.
- Lead specialized recruitment efforts tailored to the unique demands of the healthcare sector, focusing on attracting top-tier clinical and administrative talent.
- Manage and leverage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee records, generate data-driven reports, and support decision-making processes.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant healthcare labor laws, hospital policies, and accreditation requirements.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry.
- Proven expertise in credentialing processes and maintaining rigorous compliance standards.
- Strong background in workforce planning and strategies for ensuring safe, effective staffing levels.
- Demonstrated success in specialized recruitment, particularly for hard-to-fill healthcare roles.
- Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms and data management tools for tracking metrics and reporting.
