What would you do? Design static visual assets such as banners, icons, infographics, and layouts for eLearning courses Support the visual design of learning modules using tools like Articulate Rise Collaborate with instructional designers to translate content into engaging visuals Ensure consistency in branding, style, and layout across all learning materials Edit and optimize images for digital learning environments Follow visual guidelines and contribute to maintaining a high-quality learner experience

What are we looking for? A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics Basic understanding of graphic design principles (layout, color, typography) Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take feedback constructively Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, styles, and project needs Good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks Design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Storyline Creating responsive visuals for web and mobile platforms Understanding user experience (UX) principles in design Working with brand guidelines and visual templates
