Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in IT or technology driven companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the companys financial health, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and leading all finance-related operations, reporting directly to the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and analyze budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Oversee payroll management, ensuring timely and compliant disbursements.
• Develop and maintain robust financial reports and monthly/quarterly performance analysis.
• Handle tax filings, including TDS, GST, and Income Tax, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Manage bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and daily financial transactions.
• Lead account reconciliation efforts across departments and systems.
• Provide strategic financial insights and business recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with external auditors and manage year-end financial audits.
  
  

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/ICWA preferred).
• 8 to 10 years of proven experience in financial management, preferably in IT/Tech-based firms.
• In-depth understanding of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and compliance regulations.
• Hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations.
• Strong proficiency with accounting tools/software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
