The Training Engineer will be responsible for delivering technical training, conducting sessions for employees/technicians, preparing training materials, and supporting technical development activities. The role requires strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and a technical background.

• Key Responsibilities
  
  

Conduct technical training sessions for employees, technicians, and trainees.

Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and reports.

Provide hands-on training on equipment, tools, and technical processes.

Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.

Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment sheets.

Support technical team in daily activities and field requirements.

Ensure training content is updated as per industry standards.

Coordinate with HR and technical departments for training schedules.

Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong Knowledge Of Computer Applications

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Email drafting

Documentation

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Qualification & Experience
  
  

BE Mechanical or BE Electronics (mandatory).

Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in training/technical support can apply.

Strong understanding of basic engineering concepts.

Willingness to travel for training if required.
