Purpose And Scope

As an Adobe Testing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our digital initiatives within our agile organization by delivering innovative, enterprise-grade external-facing websites/portals based on Adobe Experience Manager & Adobe Analytics, and other marketing technologies.

This role exists to provide quality assurance of digital marketing solutions built on Adobe products to engage HCPs and Patients on Astellas-owned channels, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders both internal and external, driving business value through functional expertise and stakeholder engagement aligned to enterprise capabilities. Our agile operating model-comprising Digital Capability for skill growth and Digital Execution for mission-aligned collaboration-uniquely positions you to balance cutting-edge solution delivery with the development of specialized expertise.

In this role, you will validate and certify digital solutions based on a holistic testing strategy with a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions to elevate customer experience. You will work directly with stakeholders to translate requirements into test strategy, plan and scenarios to deliver quality digital solutions on Adobe suite of products, multitask across projects and stay ahead of technological advancements, making this position critical for transformative digital impact for the enterprise.

Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Work with business stakeholders to understand the requirements to strategize test approach and planning.
• Collaborate with Business Analyst, Platform Engineers, Scrum lead, Value Team captain to support project execution and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and usability.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitor web site performance using Lighthouse or similar tools.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure web solutions are secure and compliant with enterprise standards, including web governance and necessary documentation.
• Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in a specific area of expertise.
• Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and approaches to enhance project outcomes and digital capabilities.
• Problem-Solving: Employ analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality and consistency in the work delivered.
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues across Adobe platforms.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Overall 8+ years of information Technology experience.
• Proven 5+ Years of experience as a Test Analyst, Test Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test strategy, test plan and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, working with development team resolving triaging defects.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing.
• Familiarity with programming languages and scripting’s preferred
• Experience testing external facing websites mandatory.
• Experience conducting end-end to Web API testing is a must.
• Experience performing end to end testing - Front end to backend is a must.
• Strong experience with cross browser and device testing.
• Experience with Accessibility standards and testing.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, including Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and version control in Adobe platform deployments.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in documenting requirements, specifications, and project details to ensure clarity and alignment with objectives.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, technologies, and project priorities.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical certification in Adobe Experience Manager and other Frontend technologies is a plus
• Life Sciences / Pharma industry experience.
