Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing delivery across complex programs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep understanding of QA processes, expertise in test planning and strategy, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. The Test Manager will ensure high-quality releases through structured testing practices, governance, and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in defining test strategy, test approach, and quality governance for projects and programs.
• Expertise in creating test plans, test estimations, test schedules, and resource planning.
• Experience in risk-based testing, quality metrics, traceability, and release readiness assessments.
• Experience leading large testing teams (onsite/offshore).
  
  

Ability to mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and drive accountability.

Your Profile

• Knowledge of automation concepts and frameworks (hands-on not mandatory).
• Exposure to performance testing and non-functional testing areas.
• Basic understanding of modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in vendor management and outsourcing models.
• Experience in budgeting, cost management, and project financial tracking.
• Domain knowledge in BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, or other industries (as applicable).
