Join Nokia as a Test Architect, where you will lead the testing of Femtocell and Small Cell solutions within E2E 4G/5G networks
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- This pivotal role supports our mission in Applied R&D by tackling complex technical challenges through multi-disciplinary design and implementation.
- Youll engage in E2E Network Integration, Functional Regression, and Call Processing testing, while also debugging intricate issues both in the lab and field.
- Your expertise with Qualcomm MTPs and Commercial UEs, along with your ability to debug QXDM logs, will be pivotal in delivering innovative solutions.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for Network Elements, ensuring seamless upgrades and configurations.
- You will execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring accuracy and completeness in Quality Centre and DCT.
- You will develop detailed test plans for OAM/CP features, enhancing the functionality of Small Cells Gateway and FEMTO NLT.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- Bachelors degree with 10+ years of experience in Femtocell (Small Cells) and 4G/5G technologies
- Experience in End-to-End testing and verification in the 5G domain
- Proficient in root cause analysis for feature testing execution
- Familiarity with the latest 5G features including ENDC, CBRS, Dual Cell, and L2/L3 testing
- Hands-on experience with Qualcomm MTPs, Commercial UEs, and debugging QXDM logs
- Capability to configure gNBs with cOAM, SeGW, and troubleshoot network issues
- Competency in creating CRs and effectively collaborating with developers for fixes
- Ability to update QC/DCT promptly after testing
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience in executing test cases and providing regular results/reports
- Strong adherence to project timelines for deliverables
- Support experience for GPS/TIS/Customer Documentation teams
- Additional skills in isolating problems and providing comprehensive troubleshooting during test execution
