Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager – PA Digital Global Solutions, you will report to the Product Director, PA Digital

You will be the product manager for the PA Digital flagship products and own end to end functionality of the component. You will work closely with different Global stakeholders like Business Unit teams, Digital Business Unit Leads, Development Team, User Experience Team, Quality Engineering, Documentation and End Customers. You will represent the “Voice of the customer” by maintaining and prioritizing the backlog in consultation with Product Management Team, to ensure that the teams are working on stories that maximize business value and deliver necessary functionality to all customers. You will take complete responsibility and ownership to deliver PADI products. This involves timely and high-quality delivery of agreed-upon releases, along with the flexibility required for customer-focused digital solutions. You will work to articulate the value proposition of our offerings and contribute to elements that address the entire value chain for meeting the Genix orders and revenue targets.

Direct responsibility to provide product management support in the PA Digital group across the teams and work with stakeholders across multiple geographies.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Define and communicate a unified vision for the PA Digital Product Suite and its components, ensuring all stakeholders work toward common objectives while collaborating with divisions, customers, and engineering teams to understand solutions, identify gaps, and translate requirements into functional specifications, value drivers, and user stories.
• Keep an organized and prioritized backlog while working alongside development teams to clarify use cases, overall functionality, and feature design; offer UX insights to ensure product functionality aligns with a high-quality user experience.
• Partner with marketing and documentation teams to design materials such as brochures, data sheets, product guides, and presales documents that focus on customer needs; assist internal stakeholders in enhancing product visibility.
• Inspire and motivate development teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions with urgency, leveraging experience in Azure IoT services, digital twins, and enterprise analytics applications.
  
  

Qualifications for the role:

• MBA from an accredited two-year university, with at least 10 years of product management experience in software products and the software requirements management lifecycle.
• Experience in managing software products at companies like Cognite, HighByte, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, or comparable, with a focus on industrial digitalization and IIoT-based analytics solutions.
• Skilled in delivering presentations and fluent in English—both in writing and speech—promoting seamless communication among international teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
• Experience working in asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power Generation, Metals & Mining, Paper & Pulp, or Marine & Ports.
• Proficient in establishing connections and overseeing stakeholder dynamics in complicated international environments.
• Experience in implementing digital or software solutions within a commercial framework.
