Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate engaging training sessions that promote active learning and skill development. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure course content is relevant and up-to-date. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. - Experience with SAP modules related to finance and controlling. - Ability to design and develop training materials that cater to diverse learning styles. - Familiarity with assessment creation and evaluation techniques.
