Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward and ensuring that best practices are followed to achieve optimal results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Analyze project requirements and develop strategies to meet client needs effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Field Service Lightning. - Strong understanding of system development lifecycle methodologies. - Experience in project management and team leadership. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. - Familiarity with IT advisory practices and frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
