Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
- Experience with Unix/Linux administration, with scripting/coding.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals, network routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS) and physical infrastructure.
- Understanding of ISP network operations or experience in enterprise/IT network infrastructure support.
- Ability to employ good troubleshooting skills and creative problem solving abilities under pressure.

Responsibilities
- Solve systemic network, workflow, process, or tooling problems.
- Provide an effective interface between Global Network Operations (GNO) and adjacent groups.
- Drive continuous improvement of team and overall cohesion to the team.
- Provide observation and coaching of team members to support performance improvement, and provide performance evaluation feedback and career development support for team members.
- Draft, assign and provide technical evaluation of results of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for reporters.
