We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL Server, and SSIS. Additional experience with Azure DevOps, Oracle, SAP, or Fusion is a plus. The candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and process optimization. Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• Design and develop PowerApps applications to streamline processes.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Automate workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries and manage databases.
• Implement and maintain SSIS packages for data integration.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams for solution alignment.
• Support testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new tools and applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.
• Proficiency in PowerApps for business application development.
• Strong skills in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server for database management.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS for ETL and data integration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advantageous: Experience with Azure DevOps, Oracle, SAP, or Fusion.
