What youll do :

As an Architect at Zamp, you will play a pivotal role in designing the world’s most advanced digital employee, a leading AI agent redefining the future of work. You will:

• Design & Evolve Core Architecture: Define the long-term architectural vision that enables our digital employees to work seamlessly across enterprise systems at scale.
• Bridge Strategy and Execution: Translate business and product requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient designs, while rolling up your sleeves to get hands-on when needed.
• Enable Velocity & Quality: Balance speed of iteration with long-term technical excellence, ensuring we can move fast without compromising reliability.
• Drive Standards & Best Practices: Establish frameworks and patterns that enable teams to build consistently and with high quality across Zamp’s platform.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to align architecture with real-world enterprise needs.
• Mentorship & Multiplication: Up-level the technical bar by coaching engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, and growing the next generation of technical leaders.

We’re less concerned with whether you know Python, Go, or JavaScript today, what matters is your ability to learn fast, adapt, and bring clarity to complex technical challenges.
