As a U.S. Tax Executive Director in the Tax Operations team, you lead the tax documentation function and empower our teams to deliver excellence. You drive transformational initiatives, ensure compliance with U.S. tax regulations, and foster a culture of innovation. As a U.S. Tax Executive Director in the Tax Operations team, you lead the tax documentation function and empower our teams to deliver excellence. You drive transformational initiatives, ensure compliance with U.S. tax regulations, and foster a culture of innovation. Job Responsibilities

• Oversee validation and review of all U.S. tax forms and filings for accuracy and compliance
• Develop and implement robust controls and processes for tax documentation
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and update validation procedures accordingly
• Lead transformation initiatives to improve processes, technology adoption, and efficiency
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the tax function
• Identify and drive opportunities for automation and process optimization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and Operations
• Communicate complex tax issues and transformation strategies to executive leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tax initiatives with business objectives
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing tax team
• Assess and mitigate tax-related risks, contributing to strategic planning and reporting
  
  

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field
• CPA, JD, or equivalent professional certification
• Minimum 10 years of experience in U.S. tax, including leadership roles
• Proven expertise in tax form validation and compliance management
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives and drive change
• Strong understanding of U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging senior stakeholders
• Experience managing and developing teams in a complex, matrixed environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Master’s degree in Taxation, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a large, multinational organization or financial services industry
• Track record of successful process automation and technology implementation in tax operations
• Advanced knowledge of tax technology platforms and data analytics tools
• Change management certification or formal training in transformation leadership
• Experience working with cross-functional teams on enterprise-wide initiatives
