About the role

As the Talent Acquisition Lead, GTM, you will play a strategic role in driving our global hiring efforts across the GTM function. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling recruitment processes that attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent.

This high-impact role is central to our global growth strategy. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to anticipate business needs, develop proactive hiring plans, and ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates. By optimizing systems, tools, and processes, youll enable efficient, data-driven hiring that meets the demands of a fast-paced, scaling global organization.

What youll do...

• Drive and execute the talent acquisition strategy for GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and related leadership roles in alignment with the company’s global growth plans.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing talent acquisition GTM team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Partner with GTM leadership and hiring managers to forecast headcount needs, define role requirements, and build scalable, proactive hiring plans.
• Leverage data and recruitment metrics to continuously improve sourcing strategies, optimize processes, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
• Ensure timely, high-quality hiring while maintaining strong alignment with business goals and talent standards.
