Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, expertise in recruitment tools, and the ability to manage multiple requirements within tight timelines.

Experience: 1 – 3 Years

Location: Bangalore

Mode of Work : Full time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
  • Source candidates using platforms like Cutshort, Instahyre, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Naukri.
  • Apply Boolean search techniques and source passive candidates effectively.
  • Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and manage offer follow-ups.
  • Work on multiple requirements simultaneously while meeting strict TATs.
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
  • Mandatory: 1 Round Face-to-Face interview.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment (IT/Non-IT preferred).
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Immediate joiners preferred (or within 15 days).
