As a Software Engineer you will utilize your knowledge and experience to perform systems analysis, research, maintenance, troubleshooting and other programming activities. Responsibilities

• As a Senior Software Engineer / Data Architect, you will have opportunities to:
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data infrastructure for ingesting, storing, and processing large volumes of supply chain data.
• Design and maintain data models that support advanced analytics, machine learning, and real-time decision-making.
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
• Define and enforce data governance, quality, and lifecycle management practices.
• Optimize data workflows and storage for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent/MCA/ equivalent
• 6-8 years relevant work experience
  
  

Technical Skills

• Experience in data-intensive or analytics-focused applications.
• Expertise in designing and implementing data platforms using technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and distributed systems.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Back-End: Java, SpringBoot, REST, Node.js, Python,
• API design (REST/GraphQL)
• Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB)
• DevOps: Git, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP; Serverless & Infrastructure as Code
• Agile Tools: JIRA, Confluence; Scrum/Kanban practices
• Security: Secure coding, OAuth/JWT, compliance awareness
• AI & Automation: Basic AI/ML concepts, integration of AI APIs
• Strong communication skills - verbal, written.
